I feel deeply honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and moments of transformation. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and the belief that therapy should feel human, collaborative, and tailored to your lived experience. I aim to understand the full tapestry of your story by honoring the threads that have shaped you while identifying the areas calling for healing and intention.
As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), I draw from trauma-informed and relational modalities. I am trained in Phase 1 Brainspotting, Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2, and Gottman’s Treating Affairs & Trauma, as well as Prepare/Enrich for couples and premarital work. I also integrate IFS, EFT, and Narrative Therapy to support exploration of the parts of you seeking protection, connection, and meaning.
I aim to create a space that feels safe, intentional, and deeply supportive as we work toward increased insight and lasting change. If you’d like to learn more about what our work together may look like, I’d love to connect for a brief 15-minute consultation call.
