Adia Williams, LAMFT
Scottsdale and Virtual Openings
I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development, and a minor in Psychology. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families across all ages and backgrounds.
I have advanced training in Brainspotting (a powerful trauma-focused approach that helps process deep emotional pain and unresolved experiences), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma healing, Prepare/Enrich assessments for premarital and marital growth, and therapeutic support around infidelity disclosures and relational repair.
I am deeply passionate about helping people heal and grow, and that passion continues to deepen through my work as a therapist. My approach is collaborative and grounded in an authentic, trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, seen, and supported.
Because every individual and relationship is unique, I tailor my work to meet your specific needs and goals. I enjoy supporting couples, families, and individuals who are working to heal from trauma, strengthen communication, navigate life transitions, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, emotional wounds, or major life changes, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and reconnect with your inner strength. Together, we will work toward solutions that align with your values and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
