Haley Bergstrom, LAMFT
Scottsdale and Virtual Openings beginning in August
Many clients come to therapy feeling a readiness for change, but taking that first step requires immense courage. My approach is safe, intentional, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is entirely possible when you are truly supported. I feel honored to walk alongside children, adults, and couples navigating challenging patterns, difficult seasons of life, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism. Together, we will set goals to explore and challenge the emotional and relational patterns shaping your current experience while building greater self-worth, emotional regulation, and deeper connection with yourself and others.
I take an integrative and systemic approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I draw from advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method (L1 in progress) when working with couples and families. In my work with individuals, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support trauma healing, stress management, and high-risk or suicidal crises. I am also deeply committed to supporting first responders navigating the unique challenges of their roles.
Blending evidence-based and attachment-based modalities, I aim to cultivate a space that is collaborative, supportive, and deeply human. My approach balances trusting connection with structured tools, ensuring you feel secure enough to openly express yourself and your emotions. If you’re curious about working together, please reach out to schedule a brief consultation call!
